Reflexology: Massaging pressure points in the feet to treat whole body.(or hands, ears & so on).

Herbal Medicine: Concentrated liquid herbs or herbal extracts assist to put your body and organs back into balance by quickly absorbing through the body. They improve resistance to disease, bacteria or viruses, such as, colds, influenza, asthma, hay fever, diabetes, just to name a few.
Acupressure pressure applied to acupuncture points for headaches, constipation and more.
Aromas: oils used during massage decrease stress and relax muscles.
Crystals: Different colour crystals radiate energy to help balance the body. and chakras.
Shiatsu: finger (hands or elbow) pressure placed on the body to release tightness. Great for sciatic pain.

Herbal medicine
Medical history consultation with patient to work on most urgent or pressing concerns. Acute or recent conditions will get a faster result compared with chronic or long standing conditions which will take a longer time to treat. An individualised herbal medication will be prepared for your specific condition/s.
Iridology:
The organs of the body, along with other structures, are represented within the irises. By briefly looking at your irises prior to a herbal consultation can give further information on your body s’ strengths and weaknesses and your constitution.
Reflexology:
Generally, reflexology will be on your feet which will relax and benefit your whole body. This treatment may also be included with a remedial massage.
Remedial massage:
Includes consult with client then a blend of aroma oils. Swedish massage followed by pressure points to blocked regions in body, such as back, neck or legs. (This may be shiatsu or acupressure). Specific remedial massage to areas of concern plus reflexology. Crystals may also be placed on body during this session.
