Children

Diane has extensive experience and success assisting children with concentration and processing difficulties, ADD, ADHD, ODD and various problems relating to behaviour and emotional disorders. She regularly receives referrals from occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals for children of all ages.

The aim of treatment is to help children concentrate in the classroom, understand and comprehend more easily and use their active memory more efficiently with as small amount of natural remedies as possible while appreciating and respecting the child’s individuality.

Dietary changes, nutritional supplements and homoeopathic remedies are prescribed.
Assessments from occupational therapists, psychologists and paediatricians are taken into consideration.

Follow up support via email and over the phone is important as often parents need this due to the complexity of their child’s case.

Fatigue

Diane chose to become a Naturopath after suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in her youth. As a result, she has a great deal of interest and experience in the treatment of all forms of fatigue.

The underlying cause is paramount. Hormonal testing, VLA assessments and iridology are available to assist in identifying the cause and designing the necessary treatment.

Individualised treatment plans are available to boost energy levels for those with post viral fatigue, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, adrenal burn out, post natal depression or fatigue.
Nutritional support and strategies prescribed for “the over scheduled and over committed” that need to keep going!

Digestive complaints

Food not being digested and assimilated well can have enormous consequences on a person’s health and wellbeing.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Gut Dysbiosis, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea have a huge impact on quality of life.

There are many effective protocols that are natural and safe that can solve issues relating to the gut.

The consultation

An hour is reserved for the first consultation, 30-45 minutes for subsequent consultations.
The clinic lay-out provides a large, safe child friendly waiting area for children to play with transparent partitioning allowing parents to view their children during the consultation while enabling them to speak freely about their child’s issues or about themselves.

Blinds can be shut for privacy.

Follow up care and support is very important and Diane is available over the phone, email or text for subsequent enquiries or concerns.
