WHY HAVE A COLONIC?
If you are feeling out of balance, constantly tired, have lower back pain, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, irritable bowel, digestive problems, bad breath, headaches, skin problems, allergies, the list continues…………
Even if you think you are regular, over the years you can still accumulate waste material in the bowel due to busy stressful lifestyles, poor dietary choices and lack of water and regular exercise.

Having a Colonic is a Safe and Relaxing procedure that Cleans and Tones the Colon, encouraging Natural Peristaltic Action, improving Elimination and increasing Energy levels.
THE PROCEDURE
At the beginning of the procedure you will be given a gown to wear and asked to lie down on the Colonic Table/Bed, where you will be covered to ensure your comfort. Sterile and Disposable equipment is used for each client to ensure the highest standard of hygiene. A speculum with an inflow and outflow tube attached is gently inserted into the rectum. Warm Filtered water flows in and out of the colon, while the abdomen is gently massaged to assist the release of old feacal matter, gas and even parasites.

WILL IT HURT?
Overall it is a relaxing and gentle process, you may experience some cramping, like when you have diarrhea, which may be just a little uncomfortable at times. However it’s well worth it for the health benefits and how you will feel afterwards!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The actual procedure takes approximately 45 minutes. We allow 1 hour for your appointment which includes time for you to prepare and then redress afterwards.

Most people feel lighter and more energized, you can experience clarity of mind, emotional balance and a more positive attitude, which is important if you are wanting to make positive changes within your lifestyle.

She did her initial training in Colon Health in New Zealand in 1994 and updated her Colonic skills in Brisbane in 2010.

‘The Sanctuary’ is going through a name change, and will be renamed ‘Palm Beach Health Centre’. We are located on the Corner of 14th Ave and Gold Coast Highway Palm Beach. Coastal Colonics, owned and run by Nancy Stewart, has been in the Centre since 1997. Nancy retired last year and I have moved into the clinic room.
