Divine Harmony Centre is in Salamander Bay just 45 minutes north of Newcastle. Reiki healing, Reiki classes, meditation groups and crystal workshops are offered at Divine Harmony Centre.

The spiritual principles of Reiki encourage us to live in the now, we cannot change the past and the future is out of our control. The only place to live is in the now and to" live consciously is to live wisely."
Reiki is a non invasive ancient spiritual healing modality bringing in the highest force in the universe of love. It will compliment any treatment that you are having supporting you through difficult situations especially grief, depression, relationship or anger issues.
Reiki healing will bring you to a calm centered place where your body's subtle energy fields will be re- aligned to allow both mental & physical well being.
Combined with a love of crystals and meditation Sue has brought together a range of opportunities for people to experience the joy of life when operating from a place of love and harmony... a place inside of us "where all things are possible!"

Meditation groups are run every week. Meditation is a fantastic practice for helping to still the mind, focus energy, encourage creativity and enhance happiness. Reiki Treatments
The essence of Divine Harmony Centre is that we are all full of endless possibilities and most of us would like to improve our physical or mental health. Most of us want to improve our connection with our inner selves, our spiritual path, our loved ones and our innermost place of harmony.
Healing is possible when you are truly open to change and willing to take action.
Reiki is a system of hands on healing using universal life force energy. It benefits the emotional, physical, spiritual and mental levels. Reiki is a non intrusive extremely pleasant holistic healing system, balancing & clearing blocked energy and helping your body to heal itself.
Reiki energy touches all aspects of your life and allows you to clear away any blocked energy and reconnect with your spiritual path. It empowers you to take" right" action in your life so that your physical and mental wellbeing is brought into harmony and that you learn and practice the art of self love.
People who have received Reiki when dealing with serious illness or struggle with grief have stated that they experience a sense of peace. There are also those of us who are supporting people going through grief, loss, illness and depression who need to connect with this nurturing healing energy.
Individuals who have come to Reiki with "nothing left to give" come away with a sense of being refreshed having created time and space for themselves to be healed and nourished.
Other people experience insights and release old thought patterns that no longer serve, creating the life that they truly want to live.
We all connect with the Universal Life Force that promotes a sense of well-being yet each person's experience is unique.
Reiki compliments all therapies and all belief systems and is not limited by ideologies. Reiki will promote relaxation and a sense of peace.
In a typical whole-body Reiki treatment, the client lies down on a massage table, fully clothed. The treatment proceeds with Sue placing her hands on the recipient in various positions. However, sometimes a non-touching technique, where the hands are held a few centimetres away from the recipient's body for some or all of the positions may be used.
The hands are usually kept in a position for three to five minutes before moving to the next position. The whole treatment lasts anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes.
Sue is guided intuitively and treatments vary depending on the individual's needs.
A state of deep relaxation, combined with a general feeling of well-being, is usually the most noticeable immediate effect of the treatment, although emotional releases can also occur.
A series of three or more treatments, typically at weekly intervals is usually recommended. Sometimes only one treatment is needed.
