Welcome to Dru Yoga
Dru yoga is….
A gentle form of yoga that helps to relieve tension held in the body, encourages flexibility and ultimately calms the mind.
A distinctive feature of Dru Yoga is the use of Energy Block Release Sequences known as EBR’S. These flowing movements are designed to help unblock energy channels in the body, allowing you to experience a sense of freedom in movement and a deep sense of peace and well-being.
Combining the EBR’S with core stability strengthening, postures (asanas), breathe (pranayama), relaxation and meditation techniques further enhance this sense of well-being and connect you to your inner strength.
Suitable for everyone, young and old alike.

Yoga and Art Workshops
Combine the therapeutic practice of Dru Yoga with Art for a truly inspiring, enriching and entertaining workshop.
Through a combination of Yoga movements, breath awareness, relaxation techniques and creative visual exercises, you will be amazed at your awakening creativity.
This will culminate in the production of a tangible art piece for you to take home at the end of the workshop.
A variety of workshops will run throughout the year combining yoga with creative modalities such as sculpting, carving, mask making, painting, and even cooking classes to name a few.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Dru Yoga Teachers Diploma (4 years)
Passionate about the benefits of yoga and the immediate profound effects it has on the mind and body, Fiona brings uniqueness to this centuries old practice, providing a sense of fulfilment and peace to all yogis (beginners to advanced).
Fiona regularly attends various workshops, post-graduate training and yoga centres to improve and develop her skills, and to ensure you receive the best possible standard of tuition.
