I offer professional remedial massage and stone therapy from a stunning massage clinic centrally located in Appin, NSW. There is plenty of convenient parking nearby. I incorporate hot stones in most remedial massages for extra benefit and chinese suction cupping may also be utilised.

Remedial Massage
When overworked muscles become tight, knotted or damaged, remedial massage can provide a healing treatment that can be gentle or deep.
Remedial massage can be used to treat numerous conditions. If you are suffering from a sore back, stiff neck or tension headaches then a remedial massage may provide you with the relief you require.

Your massage will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort. Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed except for underwear.
The practitioner will leave the room while you undress (leaving your underwear on), relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean towel. You will be properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed
Stone Therapy
Stone therapy is an ancient healing technique that has been used by many different cultures around the world including Native American, Indian and Celtic. Stone massage therapy combines the benefits of hydrotherapy and thermalism with the strokes of massage using Stones to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. The heat of the massage stones warms the skin, which allows for the absorption of moisturizing and therapeutic oils, while simultaneously preparing the musculature of the body so the massage therapist can work into the deeper muscle layers. The mineral composition and texture of the stone complete the therapeutic effect.
Chair Massage
This type of massage is done with the person sitting comfortably in a specially designed chair. The person remains fully clothed so this is suitable for offices or events. The massages are short generally up to 10 - 20 minutes.
Horse & Rider Massages
Horses tend to mirror us and the problems you have in the saddle may show in the way you horse moves. Why not have a treatment for both of you. It is possible to book Rebecca to come to your home and massage both you and you horse. These opportunities are limited so book early.
Energy Healing
Rebecca has been trained by a number of energy healing practitioners. This means she offers a unique blend of Reiki and Shamanic healing. Your healing may include the use of crystals, drums, rattles, bells or simply energy directed by the hands. This type of healing can also be done distantly.

Australian Bush Flower Essences
Australian Bush Flower Remedies are made, as the name suggests, from Bush Flowers. Each plant has healing properties that work on an energetic level. The essences work by clearing the negative energy that becomes lodged in your energy body. If the negative energy is not removed it can eventually cause disfunction. Flower essences are beneficial for the mind, body and spirit. There are a number of preprepared combination essences available for common issues.
