It assists in restoring the normal functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, digestive and nervous systems of the body. The skin, muscle tone and flexibility benefit greatly with regular treatments.
A variety of massage techniques including acupressure, lymphatic drainage and gentle stretching are used to manipulate the soft tissue of the body to relieve tension and fatigue, improve circulation and soothe the nervous system.
Remedial massage is beneficial for pre and post exercise to improve joint flexibility, tone muscles and assist in injury prevention and recovery. It aids the resolution of acute and chronic pain by increasing blood supply and nutrition to muscles, easing muscle spasm and facilitating elimination of waste fluids and toxins.
Aromatherapy massage combines therapeutic massage with an individual blend of pure essential oils to restore and rejuvenate body and soul.
Each treatment is customised to the client’s own needs - be it for relaxation or to address a specific problem.
Thermal Stone Therapy
Australian basalt stones are used in combination with traditional massage and aromatherapy techniques for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment.
During treatment they are used to work on soft tissue, and are placed on key energy points to balance body and spirit.
These volcanic basalt stones have not been artificially smoothed or cut and so retain their natural vibrational properties and deep penetrating warmth.

Elizabeth Grant has over 15 years of experience in Remedial and Corporate massage with accreditation & training in remedial massage, remedial therapies, aromatherapy, myofascial release, thermal stone therapy and herbal medicine.
Elizabeth’s interest in the holistic approach to good health and wellbeing has led her to pursue a Bachelor of Health Science Natural Medicine.
Elizabeth is an accredited member of theAustralian Traditional Medicine Society.
