Having spent several years working in a multidisciplinary clinic I have recently taken the opportunity to relocate and establish my own practice. Working in close conjunction with various healthcare providers has given me a wealth of experience, furthering my expertise in treating diverse conditions and issues. I am experienced, successful and confident in providing quality massage therapy. I am caring and empathetic towards my clients, always taking the time to understand and respond to each individuals specific requirements. I am passionate about what I do, results driven, and my massages feel fantastic!!
My massage sessions are tailored to the individual and depending on your particular needs may include all or some of the following:

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Deep massage treatment involving various specialized techniques, focusing on problem areas of the body to remove pain, restore function, improve mobility, prevent injury and maintain wellness. Ideal for musculoskeletal injury, general soreness, stiff muscles and postural problems.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
A very gentle massage without oil, designed to stimulate the lymphatic system. This profoundly relaxing treatment promotes wellness, detoxifies, cleanses, removes stagnation from the body, stimulates the immune system, clears fluid retention, eases digestive problems, skin problems etc.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Now you have an extra excuse to value your wellbeing, nurturing mother and child. Massage throughout pregnancy helps to ease discomfort caused by changing body shape, which can stress the body. Purely relaxing or therapeutic in nature.
