Massage can be a voyage of self discovery, revealing how it feels to be more relaxed and in tune with ourselves, to experience the pleasure of a body that can breath, stand and move freely. Massage is a mutual exchange of energy. At its highest level, massage can be a form of meditation. I believe a massage therapist should be able to act as a channel for ‘chi’ or life force energy.
