Jane Hilson has been a Massage Therapist since 1998. Jane holds a degree in Health Science (naturopathy) and is undertaking a Masters program in Acupuncture through RMIT.
"As a remedial Massage Therapist, my ultimate aim is to get your body working better, feeling better and reconnected with your self. I work from the premise that musculo skeletal health has wider implications for the efficient functioning of all body systems. Dr John Chan comes from a Traditional Chinese Medicine family and has over 20 years experience in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs and Remedial Massage.

On the basis of these findings and my case taking discussion with you, I determine where we need to help the body. I prescribe nutritional medicine, herbal remedies and dietary changes that will correct the imbalances and bring you back to splendid health. Neurostructural technique, women's health, couples fertility and pre and post natal care along with flower essence therapies are also available. I have been treating people naturopathically through private practice since 1999.

Dr Wendy Bernard graduated from the Victoria University Masters of Osteopathy in 2004. A highly skilled and competent practitioner, she is experienced in many areas of practice including sports therapy, rehabilitation and paediatrics. Wendy's approach to treatment is very hands on, utilising osteopathic manual techniques as well as cranio sacral work, soft tissue massage and exercise prescription. The scope of Osteopathy is broad and can treat both acute and chronic conditions such as headache, neck and back pain, shoulder and arm pain as well as lower limb conditions. Wendy is a friendly practitioner who enjoys working with people of all ages and walks of life.

Robyn Jacobs
Robyn found yoga through private practice during pregnancy in 1992. She completed her yoga teaching diploma in 1997 and has been teaching regular classes in the hills for thirteen years. Robyn has more recently been studying yoga therapy under Leigh Blashki. Robyn’s approach to yoga is dynamic and classes are tailored to meet individual needs of clients. Through yoga, she helps people return to well-being and ‘wholeness’. Robyn’s workshops run throughout the year and she is also available for private consultation.
