Welcome to PERSON CENTERED HOLISTIC COUNSELLING
I am a qualified holistic counsellor with five years experience working with individuals and families. I work in a creative way to facilitate change and growth with a person-centered approach. In every session the client is invited to explore the issues that concern them in a self-reflective manner.
I am Latin American – Spanish speaking and I have migrated to Australia in 2008. I believe that we truly grow when we are out of our comfort zone and I have learnt with my experience to be more open and embrace change as an opportunity to learn in an experiential way.

Areas of specialty include stress, change management, self-esteem, relationships, family issues, parenting, marriage, career path and personal growth.
I previously worked as a Holistic Counsellor with the Communitarian Service of the Argentine Counselling Association (2006-2008) and currently work in Community Mental Health as Home Based Outreach Support Worker with Mind Australia – Personal Helpers and Mentors Program (since 2008 – ongoing).
I have facilitated several groups for parents of children with ABI with a focus on learning from shared experience and reflecting on the opportunity to develop new skills as parents of a child with special needs.
