About Me
Energy Essentials is the creation of Leah Briers, a holistic healer and energetic practitioner.
Leah's services are developed based on energetic and spiritual principles, working in collaboration with individuals to support increased levels of energy, self awareness and to create balance in body, mind and spirit. Energy Essentials has been established through Leah's passion to work with others to facilitate self empowerment, cultivation of knowledge, and to share her abilities to create a unique and therapeutic method of holistic healing.
Leah's experience is based on many years of working with people in a community and health care setting. She is skilled in energetic and holistic assessment, working within the energy field, transformational processes, and holds a Diploma of Energetic Healing and Bachelor of Social Science (Social Welfare).
Energy Healing
Energy Healing is a gentle yet powerful form of healing that works within the human energy field creating a space for holistic tranformation on many levels.
In a healing, the practitioner will generally work within the energy surrounding your body which means it can be completed fully clothed with minimal gentle touch.
In a treatment session, Leah works with you to bring your body and energy system back into balance. Her techniques involve energy assessement, clearing and cleansing the energy field, chakra balancing and revitalising the body with divine light energy. Her comprehensive skills in counselling, vibrational essences and intuitive knowledge all create an holistic model of care that will bring benefit to your body, mind and spirit.
Vibrational Essences
Vibrational Essences are natural remedies that encompass the energetic qualities of plants, gems and minerals bringing balance to body, mind and spirit.
The essences have a particular vibration or electro magnetic energy that resonates at the same vibration as the properties of the plant or matter it is made from. These energy vibrations will correspond with a related emotional , physical or mental state that can be effectively balanced through treatment with these natural remedies.
Essences work in very gentle and subtle ways to balance and harmonise the energy flow within us. They are effective in working with thought patterns, blocked energy, negative emotions and also in traumatic or challenging situations. They are gentle yet powerful allies in supporting and assisting the individual to develop positive attributes and to find calm, peace and a well balanced state amidst all circumstances.
Space Clearing
Energy is all around and forms a part of our inner being as well as the environment that surrounds us.
The energy in the environment or within a space is known as prana or chi and the importance of having a smooth flowing and healthy energy in the spaces which we live, work and play is to be valued.
Space Clearing is the art of cleansing, balancing and revitalizing a space to create a clear and harmonious place within which to exist. Over periods of time, spaces accumulate a build up of energy which can affect our health and wellbeing. Particular traumatic events or patterns of negative energy may cause blockages within a space and these vibrations can become imprinted in the energetic structure and presence of a room or place. The process of cleansing and purifying these vibrations involves identifying areas of heavy or dense energy using energetic techniques to release any energetic imprints or stuck energy.
By using various energy techniques such as smudging with smoke, clearing blocked areas with movement and sound vibrations, and purification in harmony with natural elements, allows the channel of fresh and vital energy to move back into the space upon completion.
The space clearing process removes unhealthy and stagnant energy from the room or building and restores balance and harmony which can usually be experienced as lightness and a refreshed feeling in the space. Holistic counselling is an integrative approach that considers and develops all aspects of one’s being.
Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements are explored and acknowledged as points of reference when seeking growth and awareness.
Person-centred approaches in holistic counselling enable you to explore your circumstances and experience through reflection on the thoughts, feelings and sensations that are present in your conscious awareness. Exploring the hidden aspects of your unconscious mind and reconnecting with your inner guidance can also enable great transformation and self awareness as we develop skills to initiate healing and self growth.
Holistic counselling can also include stress management techniques, self exploration through guided meditations, coaching and self empowerment strategies. As Leah works with you from an energetic perspective she incorporates appropriate counselling and coaching techniques that aid self development and support you in working through life’s challenges.
Chakra Designs
Chakra Designs is the exciting new project to emerge from Energy Essentials.
Chakra Designs are spiritual artworks based on energetic principles of sacred geometry, colour therapy and vibrational techniques. The paintings are designed to be a focus point of healing and powerful transformational energy channelled into a painted artwork. Chakra Designs comprise of a range of specialised Spiritual Yantras that are created to enhance and cultivate energy, and allow a reflective and meditative creation point in any room or space.
Yantra is an ancient Sanskrit word that means symbol or instrument. Based on ancient sacred symbols, the Chakra Designs Yantras are modern interpretations of this pattern, energy and creative potency that are used to channel the focus of energy and intention.
Chakra Designs can be developed for specialised individual purposes or choosen from our collection of unique designs including the Sri Devi Yantra, Visionary Yantra, Swasti Yantra and Heart Chakra Yantra.
