Opening Hours
Our hours are flexible according to your needs but we do ask that you make an appointment. A few days notice will help us, give you, your day and time preference. Please note that if you do need to change an appointment 24 hrs notice would be appreciated.

Cath is the driving force behind Epping Wholistic Health, an accomplished Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist, Massage Therapist and Doula, with over 9 years experience. Cath has a special interest in Natural Fertility Management, Women’s Health, along with digestive complaints and general health.
Appointments with Cath are available Tuesday and Saturdays.
Diane Mifsud- Reflexologist, Reiki, Ear Candling and Bach Flower Remedies
Diane offers the most amazing reflexology treatments to balance the whole body and provide a sense of wellness. Diane uses Crania-Sacral Reflexology which works on the bones of the feet to stimulate the sacrum, spine and cranium. Diane also uses Ear Candling and Bach flower Remedies. Appointments with Diane are available by request (please phone the centre)

Naturopathy
Taking time to listen and fully understand your health problems, our Naturopaths make a comprehensive analysis you as a whole person. Backing up their modern diagnostic skills with Iridology, Kinesiology and other observations, they put together a treatment plan that may encompass one or more modalities, such as- Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Counselling, Massage, Flower essences, Homeopathy.
Herbal Medicine
Based on hundreds of years of empirical knowledge, the therapeutic use of plants is now increasingly based on the scientific understanding of the plants’ physiological actions on the body. Herbal extracts are prescribed after assessing your individual needs.
Nutrition
After assessing your diet, lifestyle and other environmental factors, a treatment plan is established to correct or prevent imbalances. The aim is to correct the daily nutrition so that once biochemical balance has been achieved (e.g. through dietary changes and supplementation) it can be maintained through your diet.
Massage
We offer a large choice of Massage Therapies and depending on your needs our Massage can be subtle or dynamic but it’s always a powerful healing treatment. Massage can ease pain in injured or problem areas, or simply balance and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.
I have 14 years experience in the following massage styles Relaxation/Swedish Massage, Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Reflexology.

Hopi Ear Candling
Ear candling is gentle and effective to extract excessive wax and infective agents from your ear canal. It eases the pain associated with ear infections and sinusitis.
Shell, Bach & Bush Flower Essences
These powerful flower and shell essences help to shift negative emotions and bring the body and mind back into balance.
