Relaxation/Deep tissue Massage
Relaxation massage is a great way to relax, destress and unwind. It includes techniques that are specifically designed to treat tired and aching muscles and common soft tissue dysfunction. Aromatherapy massage is also available as part of a relaxation massage.
Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi or ‘loving hands’ massage is a bodywork technique developed in Hawaii. This therapy incorporates a combination of rhythmic and long flowing strokes which is often felt by clients as waves rippling over the entire body. It facilitates a profound sense of relaxation, bliss and healing on all levels.
Reiki
Reiki or ‘universal life energy’ is a hands on energy healing technique. It assists in the release of physical and emotional blockages and helps the client to achieve a state of equilibrium where self healing an occur.
A combination of any of the above treatments can also be tailored to suit the individual client’s needs.
Tranquil Essence is located on Market Road in Werribee and I also offer a mobile massage service for those who would prefer a treatment in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
