I have been a massage therapist for 4 years and over that time have grown more and more passionate about massaging mothers to be. It a special time in a families life and it is very special as a therapist to be part of it.
I specialize in pre and post natal massage therapy and provide the use of a pregnancy cushion which is completely adjustable to give maximum comfort during the treatments and allows you to lay face down as you normally would during a massage with no pressure on the belly.
Massage during pregnancy will reduce levels of stress and increase the 'happy' hormones flowing through your body. Research shows that a regular massage during pregnancy can greatly reduce the chance of newborn prematurity, post natal depression and complications during labour.

I also provide a mobile service for pre and post natal clients for an extra fee of $10.

As part of my treatment I also teach massage techniques for fathers' so they can use these techniques at home and during labour.
