Your personalised treatment seeks to heal the underlying cause of illness, thus gently restoring health while preventing future problems. Naturopathic remedies, along with necessary dietary changes support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Erika uses a combination of herbal medicine, iridology, flower essences, nutritional supplements, homoeopathy and diet/ lifestyle counselling, specifically designed to suit the needs of the individual patient. She also merges these naturopathic modalities with Reiki or Kinesiology muscle testing for those clients who have an interest in energetic healing.
Erika strongly believes that diet has a major impact upon all aspects of health, not just digestive symptoms. For this reason a major emphasis of each patient’s individual treatment is given to dietary education and permanent positive changes, not only for relief from symptoms but also a lifetime of the best possible health and vitality.
Erika also performs tongue and fingernail analysis to assess possible nutritional deficiencies. She can also measure blood pressure and perform respiratory and abdominal exams when required.
FEES:
First naturopathic consultation: $95
This will last approximately one hour and 15 minutes, in which Erika will assess your current health status, take your personal and family health history and perform the necessary physical exams. This provides indications as to the cause of your illness which will allow for an appropriate treatment plan.
Consecutive naturopathic consultations: $65
These will last for approximately 45 minutes
Reiki treatments: $40 for 30 mins/ $65 for 45 mins

Reiki can also be combined with any consecutive naturopathic treatment. Prices vary according to time.
