MEDITATION
Do you find most days you get up and you are in automatic mode? The routine just happens whilst your thinking is taking you over. Have you ever driven to work or dropped the kids off to school and wondered how you got there? You don’t remember, missed that bit! If this sounds familiar to you, fear not! We’ve all done it. Or you've walked to the top of the stairs only to forget what it was you went up there for. Or calling your kids by their siblings name and telling them, you were just checking to see if they knew their name! If all this sounds familiar, it’s Ok really! You’re just normal. Perhaps suffering Monkey mind, but still in normal range.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
Are you after a therapeutic massage to relieve stiff sore spots without leaving you bruised? Using the purest JOJOBA oil you can receive a therapeutic massage that will not only help your body but relax your mind. Many of my clients fall asleep as a result of their deep relaxation.

HOT STONE MASSAGE or FACIAL
Would you like a massage that has a deep penetrating effect without the strokes that have you holding your breath with every stroke but will leave you feeling great. Then this one is for you! During a Hot Stone Massage, warmed basalt stones are used during a Swedish style massage, focusing on pressure points. Drift off into a deep relaxation with this very calming, yet very effective technique. I have clients suffering with Fibromyalgia who have found this to be their preferred massage technique assisting with pain relief and allowing a better night’s sleep.(always check with your medical practioner if this is suited to you personally as there are various degrees of these symptoms)
During a HOT STONE FACIAL the stones are warmed and alternated with cold stones during your massage which helps with circulation and also has a detox effect on your skin. Combined with a cleanse, exfoliation, steam and mask you will be delighted with the result.

HOLISTIC FACIALS
If you’re looking for a Holistic facial to brighten and rejuvenate tired, dull, skin then I only need 1 hr of your time. This facial will cleanse, exfoliate, steam followed by an extended face, neck, décolletage and finish with a head massage. Then drift off to the sound of soft music whilst your French clay mask allows you to have a rest. Finish off with serums, eye creams and moisturises to suit. Using natural skincare products from Waterlily, Springfields and Jojoba company this is a truly sensory journey and won’t break the bank!

REIKI and CRYSTALS
If you are looking for something more, I can offer you Reiki Healing. Reiki, meaning “universal life force energy” will treat you as a whole person as opposed to treating just one specific area. Hands are placed over or on your body whilst you remain fully clothed. Crystals, which possess their own energy, combine with Reiki to help positively affect the balancing of your Charkras and clearing any blocked energy field. Crystals combined with Reiki trigger off responses of energy to help promote health and wellbeing. A very uplifting experience.
GIFT CERTIFICATES are available and can be purchased through Direct transfer and upon receipt of payment your Gift certificates can be mailed directly to your recipient. These make a wonderful gift if you know of anyone who is experiencing tough times. They also make a great gift idea for Birthdays, Anniversary, Thank you, Mothers day, Christmas or just because!
Making a booking
At “Escape from the ordinary” all you need is between 30 or 60 mins and I can have you feeling relaxed and re-charged with any of the various treatments available. All of my treatments are focused on bringing you total relaxation whether you choose a RELAXATION MASSAGE or choose a deeper therapy such as HOT STONE MASSAGE or a HOLISTIC FACIAL or REIKI with CRYSTALS. HERBAL FOOT BATHS with leg massage, SCRUBS and MUDS can also be added on to your massage. You may even like to try the MEDITATION course which runs for 4 consecutive weeks and will give you the basics so you can practice at home.
Whatever you choose all treatments are focused on helping you to renew and de-stress whilst providing you with many health benefits!
