NUTRITIONAL MEDICINE
At Essence Clinic our nutritional work is based on the Weston Price model, and includes Metabolic Typing Diet. This started with the insights of Dr Price through his studies of traditional cultures, their robust health and their lack of degenerative disease.
The work has been expanded and refined; we can assess your constitutional type and balance macronutrients (protein/fats & oils, carbohydrate) to suit. These may then be fine tuned for any purpose, such as fat loss, muscle gain, blood sugar control, sports and fitness work and disease management and recovery.
FLOWER MEDICINE
The most potent moment of life of a plant, the flower, has its energy infused through sunlight into the tincture. Flower remedies are set to become a new and major form of healing, as they are able to process emotional energies. Flower remedies are able to help change personality traits, thereby preventing disease before the physical symptoms manifest. As they are totally safe, and are easily taken they are often combined with other therapy.

BIOMESOTHERAPY
Biomesotherapy is a relatively new therapy in Australia but is great for alleviating many types of pain, and restoring normal function in degenerative conditions and with injuries (old & new) .
