Corporate training & team building programs for wellbeing in the workplace

We believe that people perform their best at work when their lives are balanced and fulfilling.

We specialise in offering group programs that enhance the health and wellbeing of your staff, whilst promoting a united spirit within your organisation.

Our programs are designed to lower stress levels and encourage work life balance, which will ultimately reduce absenteeism and increase productivity.

Tai Chi is a tranquil, graceful way to keep fit, improve health, prevent stress and improve relaxation. Our program allows you to develop inner peace, quietness, mental focus, physical relaxation and discipline. Together your mind and body will operate in unison. The method taught is a perfect form of exercise to achieve internal peace, calmness and harmony.

Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion,"
but it might well be called "medication in motion."

There is growing evidence that this mind-body
practice ... has value in treating or preventing
many health problems.

Harvard Medical Health Publication, May, 2009

How it works

The programs are generally 45 mins to one hour in duration. They can be taken as a one-off or run as a series of four or ten weeks at your business premises or at a park of your choice.

Our program has also been a popular inclusion at conferences and professional development days to relax after a long day.

We pride ourselves on being a contemporary and innovative organisation. Our program is easily integrated into your work program.

We encourage our clients to bring out the best in their people by making them feel inspired, relaxed and rewarded.

Tai Chi - Qigong @ Work will help build stronger teams and achieve new levels of wellbeing, life balance and productivity in your workplace.

Those who thrive have realized one important fact: true fulfilment comes from having balance. Individuals with balanced lives are invaluable team members, and balanced teams result in extremely productive and successful workplace.

Benefits of Qigong Practice

Physical Benefits
Qigong practice makes the body strong and supple. It improves balance, stamina and flexibility. It has positive effects on the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, immune and central nervous systems. It tends to create smooth skin, and a pleasant feeling of deep warmth within the body. It increases sexual vitality, and allows our sleep-time to be more deep and restorative. Over time, qigong practice can reduce or eliminate chronic pain. It also has the power to reverse the aging process, and restore youthfulness.

Emotional Benefits
The smooth and balanced flow of qi created by qigong practice shows itself as a joyful, relaxed, optimistic and energized state of mind. While the emotional energies of anger, fear, anxiety or grief still may arise, they will be much less “sticky” – and be held and then dissolved within the larger field of joy, gratitude, acceptance and equanimity.

Mental & Spiritual Benefits
The abundance of clarified energy and mental stillness generated by qigong practice supports great mental clarity, and nourishes both intuition and creativity. As our intelligence becomes rooted in a connection to the inner body, it widens and deepens in increasingly wonderful ways.
