I started at East West Traditional Medicine Centre in Penrith 9 years ago and enjoy the challenges each individual brings with them.

Naturopathy seeks to treat the whole body rather than looking at the particular ailment, disease or symptom in turn seeking to treat the underlying causes. These underlying causes are different for each person so each treatment protocol is structured and tailored to individual needs.

To help me with finding these underlying causes I use an intensive questionnaire and Iridology. The tools that I may use to treat these underlying causes are Herbs, Vitamins, Minerals, Nutritional Supplements, Homoeopathic Remedies, The Australian Bush Flower’s and the Blood Type Diet.

Once I have helped your main areas of concern you are then put on a Wellness Program so that your health can be maintained. So being healthy becomes part of your lifestyle.

What is Iridology?

Iridology is the study of the iris (the coloured part) of the eye. The iris reveals varying conditions of every part and organ in the body. Every organ and part of the body is shown in the iris in a well defined area and in these areas inherited weaknesses and strengths are revealed by looking at specific markings, signs, discolorations and fibre structures.
