Naturopathy
The Planet has given us wonderful tools to assist the body heal itself, herbs, nutrients, food & flower essences. I use all of these modalities in my treatments, tailored to suit your individual and unique needs.
Herbal Medicine - is one of the oldest systems of medicine still used today. Certain herbs have an affinity towards specific organs and systems in the body, which can promote self healing. I make up herbal tinctures to suit you and also prescribe herbs in tablet form.
Nutrition - is what builds our body to be what it is. Nutrition can restructure areas of the body that are not performing functionally. For example in mental illness, the brain needs to be rebuilt in order to think and feel differently. Supplying it with the right precursors, cofactors and exact dosages, it can change a depressed person into improving their state of mind.
Dietary Analysis - I look carefully at the persons diet regime, to identify what foods are causing possible intolerances or allergies. Once removed your health can improve dramatically. Alternative foods will be suggested to incorporate into the new improved eating plan.
Flower Essences - are valuable energetic medicines to treat the MENTAL & EMOTIONAL state of the SOUL, where herbs, nutrition & diet alone can sometimes not. You are a whole person so we need to address all health issues.
