Clare has been practicing Beauty Therapy & Massage for 13 years and was one of the 1st heated stone massage practitioners to be trained in NSW. Clare is a qualified, knowledgeable & experienced therapist who has undertaken extensive training both Nationally and Internationally so you know you can rest assured you are in safe hands! HEATED STONE MASSAGE

ONE stroke with a lithos rock is equivalent to TEN strokes with the hand

The heated and chilled benefits of the rocks on the body acts immediately, even before the therapist incorporates a massage. The rocks combined with massage , in effect magnifies each massage stroke, because the muscle tissue has been 'loosened' by the rocks. The benefits go beyond the therapist alone!
