Why Feng Shui?

The flow of energies to your property and the energies of your home or business can influence many of these aspects of your life— especially the quality of the energy entering your home and where you sleep and spend a lot of time.

Feng Shui Power uses the San Ke and San Yeun Schools of Feng Shui
The San Ke includes Form school, Compass school and the East West school.
  • San Ke focuses on the environment, the mountains, the rivers and landforms and aims to understand how nature shapes, creates and fosters Qi, in order to find an optimal and strategic location in which to benefit from the Qi in the environment.

  • The San Yeun School is considered the most sacred and complete study of Feng Shui as it considers the influence of time on buildings known as Flying Stars school. Today most masters use both these systems.

The Principle Tool of a Feng Shui Practitioner is a Compass or Chinese Lopan

The practitioner uses the year that a building was built and its facing direction, using the compass to yield a numeric energy map of the building. The practitioner studies this map, amongst other influences, to determine the dwelling’s energy qualities and then balances these to enhance its positive aspects and discourage its negative ones.

In Feng Shui the term Qi is frequently defined as a form of subtle flowing energy. There are two types of Qi called Sheng Qi and Sha Qi. The Sheng Qi, brings positive, beneficial energy to a site transmitting a sense of well being. The Sha Qi, brings negative, depleted and stagnant energy to a site. This negative type of energy can bring with it lost opportunities, legal disputes and other misfortunes. In classical Feng Shui a good flow of positive energy throughout the property and home can allow occupants to thrive, supporting them in achieving their goals in life.
