I realized that many people unknowingly hurt themselves while watching how other fitness instructors and coaches work.
And I see everyday in the gym how people are unaware of their own movements that undermine their health and performance.
The key to do a good training is to move more effectively and with less effort.
To achieve this, we need to develop the awareness of all our body in action. Most of the time we move automatically, unconsciously.
Only by developing the mental process to become conscious your thoughts/movements/actions that are unconscious, you can improve really.
