- This is a totally Blissful experience as You begin with a Flower Essence foot spa and begin to unwind.
You then receive a full back of the body Intuitive Aromatherapy massage and foot massage.
You are now feeling totally relaxed by this stage and you are brought to a place of absolute Peace by ending with a Reiki treatment.

Crystal Bliss
- This is a combination of Crystals, Aromatherapy and Flower Essences.
You choose your Essences and begin to unwind with a lovely foot spa. This is then followed with a very relaxing meditation and aromatherapy hand and foot massage. You relax and unwind even more as you work with the Breath and I work on the Reflex Points of the hands and feet with a Reflexology Crystal. This lovely combination is very Balancing on all levels.

Essential Oils are a form of plant essence, and are mainly extracted by steam distillation from plants. They are highly concentrated and contain the important therapeutic properties of the plant.
Essential Oils used in massage are diluted with light good quality massage oil and they penetrate the skin and are absorbed into the blood stream and lymph system.
The power of healing in massage is the energy that flows through the therapist’s hands in touch, to refresh, regenerate and revitalise. I encourage you to focus on your breath during my treatments as this helps to calm and clear the mind, allows the body to let go of internal stress and tension and to find the ease as you come into a beautiful space of deep relaxation.
