By studying the iris the naturopath can understand the inherent strengths and weaknesses of a person. The combination of herbal medicines, flower essences, diet and nutritional supplementation combine to form a protocol to treat the symptoms a person is dealing with now and to prevent the occurrence of more chronic, degenerative disease. Claire describes the best way to stay healthy is to have consultations regularly where the imbalance is corrected before it becomes a more chronic, serious disorder.
