SERVICES What is a CHIBALL® Class?
ChiBall® is a mind body exercise programme that harmonises the body, balances the mind and calms the spirit.
A ChiBall® Class consists of an hours movement to music that uniquely blends colour, aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine with a synergy of ancient and modern movement disciplines, Tai Chi, Qi-Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Meditation.

What is a GROOVE Class?
GROOVE classes are dance/fitness class where you learn SIMPLE and EASY choreography from a variety of different dance styles (Hip Hop, Urban, House, Jazz, Bollywood, Latin, African, Contemporary, Swing, Disco and many more!).
The choreography is simple (there are not many movements to remember) so that you can dance the moves your own way! When you get a chance to move in a way that feels good for your body, you get a great workout that's perfect for you!
Dancing is a great way to get active, release energy and have fun!
In GROOVE classes, you can't get it wrong because it's not about following-the-leader...it's about YOU- DANCING for the HEALTH of it!

What is PILATES?
• A mind-body exercise program developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s in order to correct misalignment, develop muscular control, correct weight distribution, increase joint mobility and to teach efficient expenditure of energy
• All exercises are performed with control and precision to strengthen abdominal muscles while protecting the lower back, improving posture and body awareness
• During a mat class there are exercises lying, sitting and standing using your own body weight and small props (therabands, ChiBalls, rollers, circles) and Swissballs
• The fluid movements coupled with the breath are designed to reduce stress and tension, develop long, lean muscles and improve flexibility
• Exercises are modified to suit each individual and cater for beginners and experienced participants
• A fun workout perfect anytime during the week to tone abs, back, butts, legs and arms - the whole body!
OTHER CLASSES
CIRCUIT - 30 minutes medium/high energy aerobic workout in a series of stations to increase cardiovascular fitness followed by 30 minutes of Pilates to improve posture, flexibility and core strength. If you'd like to lose weight, get fit and have fun doing it, this class is for you!
DANCE OF THE DRAGON TM - Enjoy weight loss and general wellbeing with Dance of the Dragon, an exciting routine based on ancient Taoist practice. Originating from the healing art of Qi Gong and based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), this highly specific exercise programme is used in China to aid weight-loss, relieve arthritis, menopause and chronic fatigue. The Dance of the Dragon is a set routine of movements suitable for anyone, regardless of their age and fitness level and is ideal for the elderly or mobility impaired participants.

We are hosting a GROOVE METHOD Masterclass and Fundraiser with Melanie Guertin international presenter and co-founder of the Groove MethodTrademark symbol from Canada.
All funds raised will be donated to the Living Positive Program that supports women and children living with HIV/AIDS in Kenya.
