Yoga strengthens, tones and brings mobility to your body. Your weak muscles strengthen and your tight muscles relax and lengthen resulting in a streamlined, toned shape, and beautiful posture. At yoga strength and stamina of both mind and body is increased and your breathing is enhanced, giving you a sense of inner calm and wellbeing. Modifications and props ensure the movements are suited to all ages and levels of ability.

Bringing 20 years experience in the health care industry to the mat. In addition to Yoga Teacher qualification Odette is a qualified massage therapist and aromatherapist bringing a background and experience of the anatomy and physiology of the human body to her classes. Particular focus is on catering to all levels by offering progressions within each posture/movement, and by the addition of props allowing the movements to be accessible to all.

BODY SHAPING WITH SWISS BALL, RESISTANCE BANDS & DYNAMIC YOGA 10 week course TBA


The Swiss ball is an effective tool for enhancing stability of the body with a strong focus on core postural muscles. It was originally used to aid rehabilitation of stroke patients and to assist those with cerebral palsy. Over the years physiotherapists began noticing it was also doing something else....strengthening and toning the body, particularly the core muscles in the abdomen, back, waistline, thighs and buttocks whilst it produced no jarring in the joints. Combined with flowing vinyasa style yoga this session is energizing and invigorating; a great way to let go of your busy week and start your weekend!
