I have woven together my multi-disciplinary skills of lifestyle coaching, yoga & meditation teaching art teaching & art therapy to create a variety of programs, for individuals and/or groups.
The programs I offer will allow you to not only assist you to connect with your inner feelings and find your individual "essence" but also teach you new and "practical" strategies to assist you to make changes in your life!
