Bowen Therapy is a technique of muscle and soft tissue release which has revolutionized health-care worldwide. It effectively addresses a wide range of complaints of both chronic and acute nature.
At Focus Bowen we offer Smart Bowen® Therapy, an expanded interpretation of the original Bowen technique. Gentle cross-fibre manoeuvres are applied to muscles, tendons, ligaments and to specific points, frequently coinciding with myofascial trigger points and acupuncture points, allowing the body to recover and to initiate realignment processes naturally.

Equine Smart Bowen® Therapy
Equine Smart Bowen Therapy (ESBT), is a myofascial adhesion release technique which improves muscular health, joint mobility, circulation and elimination processes of toxins from the body, leading to a long-term increase of your horse's stamina and general performance ability.
We offer special horse & rider packages as many pain-related problems in the horse will find long-term resolution more quickly and effectively when postural/physical problems of the rider can be addressed at the same time.
Consultations take place where the horse is accommodated or at sporting events.
