Vitality Coach Michelle Sims is the creator and founder of Food in the Nude. Michelle, a classically trained and qualified chef with over 15 years experience in the food industry has a vast knowledge in catering for many cuisine types, dietary requirements and eating preferences though she now specializes in plant based foods with a special focus on raw cuisine. Michelle also has a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology from Curtin University in Western Australia further adding to her extensive knowledge and understanding of our food supply. Combined with Michelle’s own personal journey of healing with food she is an expert in her field and is driven by her passion to help others discover the pleasures and healing properties of simple healthy eating which can provide freedom and relief from chronic health issues.
