Margaret has experienced first-hand the positive effects that diet and lifestyle changes can have on chronic illness in particular, but is also passionate about educating clients on the best food choices for greater health enjoyment in general.

She can provide nutritional advice for a wide range of conditions including:

It is Margaret’s particular mission to provide practical and sound dietary advice for people diagnosed with IBD (Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis) as a supportive measure to reduce the incidence and severity of symptoms.

A one hour nutritional consultation with Margaret includes taking an extensive dietary, lifestyle and medical history that incorporate the whole person, and the development of a tailored treatment plan to suit you and your circumstances.

Margaret is passionate about educating people on the best dietary and lifestyle choices for greater health enjoyment, and bringing people back in contact with good quality food with real health potential. She is also able to prescribe high quality vitamin and mineral supplements to address individual nutrient deficiencies when required.

Margaret acts as a coach and mentor, offering meaningful advice in a supportive environment. She can be trusted to listen to your concerns and develop a treatment strategy that is manageable and affordable.

As part of her ongoing education, Margaret attends a wide range of seminars held by leading authorities in the industry. Combined with her first hand experience of chronic illness, Margaret is therefore well equipped to provide sound nutritional input for a range of health concerns.

A 10% discount is available on request to holders of a current health care or pensioner card.
