Brenda is a qualified practitioner with the Association of Massage Therapy (AMT). Massage techniques used during treatment include myofascial release, remedial, deep tissue, sports, acupressure, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, relaxation, Chinese massage (Tui na), Reflexology, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian, aromatherapy, thai massage and shiatsu.

As a new Mum, I found it helpful to receive a massage and give a massage to my little boy. Now that you are a Mum, you are using your body and holding your posture in new and awkward positions when feeding and carrying your baby.
