Our yoga teachers are inspiring, challenging, constructive and caring. each teacher at fusion is hand picked for their individuality, as well as their dedication, qualification and passion for yoga and life.

The studio’s vision is to create a pristine yoga space, an urban oasis where you can escape the hustle and bustle and be part of a great community vibe! we provide a perfect environment for physical health, renewed energy and personal growth.

At fusion, natural healing heat, traditional and contemporary styles of yoga are fused together to provide a therapeutic yoga practice that will empower all ages and levels of health, fitness and athleticism. the unique combination of heat and yoga rejuvenates the body. It promotes healing, boosts the immune system, builds strength and flexibility, prevents gradual stiffening and joint deterioration and assists to mobilize toxins and sweat them from the body. the studio is maintained at 30 degress by far infared (fir) heaters for optimal therapeutic benefits which purify body and mind. included in our class schedule is a number of non-heated classes as we realise life is all about balance.

All classes are taught by certified instructors with a commitment to offering students a challenging and rewarding yoga experience.



Classes


Ashtanga Inspired Fusion

This class draws its inspiration from the sequences of Ashtanga Yoga, which will vary to emphasize different aspects of the body, thereby exposing practitioners to a wider range of asanas in order to increase and challenge ones strength and flexibility. Moving through postures in a flow style will allow for smooth transitions while using the principles of Ashtanga.



Fusion Active Beginners

The Perfect class to get you started on your Yoga journey. You will develop a stronger awareness of what Yoga is and how it can benefit your overall health and wellbeing. Expect to build more strength, create more flexibility and achieve a blissfully calm state of mind.



Fusion Core

From challenge comes change. Our fusion core classes will fire up your core and build strength throughout your whole body as you practice proper posture alignment. Move through challenging sequences building heat from within by connecting breath to movement.



Fusion Flow

Creating a flowing connection between breath and movement combined with a sense of stillness in the mind. This class is for all levels including varying sequences of postures to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. You will leave this class feeling invigorated and energized with a renewed sense of ease.



Fusion Foundations

Perfect for those newer to yoga or more experienced students wishing to deepen their understanding of fundamental yoga postures. Working with key elements of power vinyasa yoga, these classes will be slightly slower paced with emphasis on alignment and balance bringing greater awareness and understanding to your yoga practice.



Fusion Power Vinyasa

Fusion Power Vinyasa is a dynamic class connecting breath with movement, building heat, strength and flexibility. Using intelligent sequencing of challenging asana developing greater focus and presence in our lives. Classes are open to all levels. New students welcome.



Fusion Vin Yin

In Vinyasa Yoga we flow with our breath allowing postures to thread together into a breath led moving meditation. Yin offers a more restorative stretch focussed on lengthening muscles, releasing fascia and allowing ligaments and tendons to release.

In Vin Yin we marry the two together. A little bit of flow, a little bit of long slow deep, a whole lot of juicy.



Fusion Yin Stretch

A calmer and more grounded practice than our active power classes, holding poses for 3-5 minutes with the aim of creating greater flexibility and inner stillness. Expect to let go of stress and float out feeling lighter, calmer and more mobile. This is a non-heated class.
