Hello, I am Kathryn Milian, I have loved crystals and everything energy since I was little; and still do. I always wondered how I could utilise my ability to feel energy for the benefit others, but I wasn't quite sure how to go about it. I looked up Crystal Healing courses on the internet and I came across the International Academy of Vibrational Therapies. I made contact with my teacher and I was on my way to fulfilling my dreams. Now I have my own business and I enjoy seeing my clients happy when they leave.
What do I do, you may ask? Well I use the gifts of Gaia (our Earth Mother) to help people connect with their higher self and assist in healing emotional imbalances such as anger, addictions, depression, stress, low confidence & self esteem, fear, sleeplessness, mind chatter and much, much more. These are caused by our chakras being unbalanced or low on energy.
The therapies that I offer can also help with physical problems such as back aches & pains, fevers, digestion problems etc. Also, you do not need to be sick or in a negative state of mind to benefit from a
relaxing Gaia Energy Therapy. You may just like to experience something new, and it is a wonderful way to relax & get back to nature.
What are CHAKRAS? Everyone and everything has Chakras, these are energy centres or spinning vortexes; like fans of energy within the Physical & Etheric bodies. A blockage in one area can lead to an imbalance in many areas, there are 365 Chakras in the human being. We must love ourselves and others to keep our chakras healthy, active and energised, which in turn keeps our bodies healthy and emotions balanced. “REIKI”, “CRYSTALS” and “PRANA” can all assist with energising these energy centres and help restore our energy.

What is REIKI? This is the Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy. Reiki is a holistic method of treatment for the mind, body & soul, channelled through the hands of the therapist whom has been connected to the Universal Life Energy through the initiation & attunement process performed by a Reiki Master. It can be described or felt as heat through the hands of the therapist, which in turn relaxes the client so the body’s chakras or energy centres can be restored. You do not have to be sick to experience a Reiki Therapy. This is by far the most universal of all healing techniques and I am honoured to assist anyone that would like to experience “REIKI”.
How can CRYSTAL THERAPY help me? Crystals assist in bringing our chakras into perfect balance. All crystals are different and they all vibrate differently, some absorb negative energies, some have a gentle energy and some have a more direct energy than others. It is my goal as a therapist to choose the most appropriate crystals and place them on certain areas of the body using my intuition and knowledge of the crystals. Each crystal in my care is cleansed and purified before and after each healing to keep the crystals energy clear of any negativity, therefore giving Gaia’s clients the best crystal experience and to help restore their perfect “Chakra Balance”.
What is “PRANA”? “Prana” is the energy within our bodies and our Etheric field. Prana vibrates through all the living, from the tiniest atom to the largest galaxy and everything in it. Disturbance of the Prana in our bodies is the major cause for disease mentally & physically. “PRANIC ENERGY THERAPY” is the cleansing & energising of the physical body by removing diseased auric matter from the affected chakras with this vital life force energy.
This is a very quick and powerful energy and is not for the frail or the weak!
