Long established Northern Suburbs clinic using a range of ‘hands on’ osteopathic manual treatments.
Treatments are evidence-informed, tailored to the individual and designed to help alleviate common forms of neck, back, extremity pain and headaches.
Following a patient history, examination and assessment, if osteopathic care is appropriate, treatment may include soft tissue relaxation and stretching through a range of non invasive mobilising techniques or gentle minimal force mobilisation with impulse (manipulation).
Advice is also given on self help measures to assist recovery and to help prevent an undue reliance upon or need for ongoing treatment.
Sometimes it may be appropriate to refer or co-ordinate treatment with your doctor.
