How does your body feel? Surprisingly many people do not know the answer to that question. Our bodies have learnt to mask the aches and pains and tension of our daily lives by changing their shape and posture. Regular hours working at a computer can lead to rounded and tight shoulders, tense necks & often sore lower backs. These conditions can lead to tension headaches, rotator cuff problems, and sciatica, as well as many others.
My massage studio is located in a tranquil & beautiful part of Victoria Park with plenty of 4 hour parking right outside the front door. I offer clients a variety of scented oils (and a non-scented oil for those of you returning to work or an engagement) which are warmed to help relax your muscles and prepare your body for the massage. Hot towels are provided at the end of your massage to help remove excess oil or a complementary shower is available if required. I am happy to combine energy work (either reiki or reconnective healing) with massage treatments to provide for total mind, body & spirit bliss.
As a qualified massage practitioner and a member of Australia's largest massage association - private health fund rebates are available for all massage treatments from all relevant health funds.
I also provide an out call service to those of you preferring a massage in the comfort of your own home or hotel room. I bring with me a professional table, fresh towels, a choice of oils and music. (Additional travel costs are calculated on the time & distance spent travelling).
