Life can feel a struggle. We can get stuck in old patterns and it can feel impossible to learn new ways of being. Our self esteem and self confidence falls through the floor and it feels like something is missing - that this is definitely NOT the life we ordered. We know we have potential; skills and abilities that are just not being used. Old issues, negative thought patterns and behaviours just seem to stand in the way.

It is possible to let go of these blocks and connect on a deeper level to who we really are and what we are here for. We can develop new ways of communicating with ourselves and others and, as we do, we open to new opportunities. Skills and abilities we didn't think possible start to emerge naturally and learning can become easy, even fun. Life becomes more joyful and playful even while we are working.

Trouble is, when times are tough, we think that we should just get on with it and that if we try hard enough we can make the changes we need to. Reality is that more often than not the difficulty and stress engraves itself on our psyche and creates more and more problems over time. Eventually it becomes a frustrating but well trodden comfort zone.

The key to change is firstly be able to envisage a new way of being, then let go of old patterns and blocks to change and finally to anchor this new way of being into who we are.

I have been working with people to help them to transform their business or personal life since 1991. I help my clients to see possibilities, set goals and make the changes they need to create the life they want to live.

My clients report a whole new lease on life. Kids comment on how much happier they are. They have more friends, make better grades and are less scared of life. Adults achieve a sense of peace and happiness within themselves that they often have never before experienced.

My mentoring clients find their businesses blossom and unexpected possibilities emerge. Everyone comments on the positive changes they have experienced in their life, their relationships and in their sense of achievement.

I offer a variety of services for adults and children at my clinic in West End, Brisbane.

These include:

The Learn Smart Program: This program develops the skills, strategies and self confidence to learn more effectively over the course of 10 private sessions. Based on Brain Gym and with the addition of study skill development and coaching it is extremely effective for adults or children who experiencing difficulties learning with ease.

Private Kinesiology sessions: These are perfect to gain clarity or to work on a particular issue. I recommend 1.5 hours for adults and 1 hour for children.

Create your Life Vision Process: This program combines the transformational qualities of Kinesiology with the accountability of Life Coaching. This program is a 3 month commitment to yourself . Over our time together you will create a clear picture of where you want to go, let go of blocks and develop strategies to achieve your dreams. I only work with a few clients at a time with this process so please contact me directly to see when the next space is available.

Business and Marketing Coaching: I work with practitioners and other service providers who get great results but are not getting all the clients they need. I was fortunate to find kinesiology in 1993 and have been using it both personally and professional ever since. It has transformed my life and the lives of my children, one of whom was experiencing severe learning challenges.
