About Stina Krone
I moved to Australia three years ago from London, UK. I am originally from Denmark but moved to the UK to be with my Australian husband. I became a HypnoBirthing® practitioner after using the method twice with the birth of my children. While I was pregnant with my first child I saw a TV show that mentioned pain free birth. I investigated it and found HypnoBirthing® and subsequently did the course as an expectant mother.
The course lived up to all the promises and more. I had an easy comfortable birth in hospital with my first child and an even easier homebirth with my second child. It is because of my two wonderful births that I decided to become a practitioner. Read my own story on www.hypnoclinic.net
I am a registered general nurse and as a nurse I can only teach HypnoBirthing® because it makes physiological sense that women are able to give birth easily when they are free of fear and tension.
My husband also benefited greatly from the course and was an invaluable part of both births. In fact he calmly delivered our second child at home when the midwife was a couple of minutes late for the birth. The bonding we did as a family pre and postnatal is still with us today.
