Janine Castle BSc., ND
Janine Castle is a Naturopath with over eighteen years experience in clinical practice. She has also lectured locally, nationally and internationally on a variety of health issues to both peers and public.
Janine specialises in chronic conditions that have not responded to medical treatment such as pain, allergies, depression, anxiety, menopause and hormonal issues. She is particularly interested in pregnancy, babies and children's health issues such as poor concentration, hyperactivity, ADHD and phobias.
After suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in her earlier years, she sought to recover her health through alternative medicine and began studying Naturopathy in 1991. Since that time, Janine has made a full recovery and now endeavours to help others with fatigue and debilitating illness.
She was the editor of The Australian Practitioner’s Fellowship professional journal until recently and writes regular articles in natural therapies publications on specific conditions. Janine is also involved with the not-for-profit volunteer organization Hands on Health (HOH). She volunteers at the Norlane Healing Hands clinic every Thursday and is the coordinator of the HOH Rajasthan clinic in India.
With a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Applied Science (Naturopathy), Janine is able to fuse both scientific and alternative theories in her practice.
Consultations
Treatments involve an in depth one hour consultation covering case history and current symptoms. Clients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome may require ongoing counseling to complement their treatment.
On site testing may include mineral status, urine analysis, blood type testing, candida or Caeliac testing.
96 Food Group Allergy Testing, Hair Mineral analysis and other laboratory tests such as saliva and blood testing for hormones and allergies may be required, depending on the individual.

Safety
Most natural medicines are compatible with pharmaceutical medication. Homoeopathic medicines are completely safe for pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and infants.
