Remedial Massage
Remedial, sports or deep tissue massage can increase freedom of movement and lessen pain through the releasing of muscles through then body
Onsen Technique
The Onsen technique is a system for assessing and correcting structural and functional (muscular) imbalances. This technique is useful for treating neck, back, hip, sciatic, leg, arm pain.
NST (Neuro-Structural Integration Technique)
This technique is an advanced interpretation of Tom Bowen's original technique. It initiates a process of Natural Auto-Regulation in the spinal column and consequently throughout the entire body.
Myofascial Release
Fasciae (connective tissue) release is a treatment which will release fascial tension throughout the many fascial meridians in the body. These connective tissue meridians can travel the entire length of the body, such as the superficial back line which travels from the eyebrows up over the skull down to the plantar surface (underside) of the feet. Any impingment or tightness in these meridians can cause postural problems that may lead to pain.
Craniofascial Therapy
Craniofascial (craniosacral) therapy uses pressure and traction techniques to restore the clients natural cranial rhythm which helps to restore mobility and function in the connective tissues and muscles.
