John Potter - Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist

John uses a unique combination of positional and myofascial release, sports and remedial massage to quickly and effectively reduce muscle tension, ease pain, correct postural imbalance and deeply relax clients. John has. 12 years experience in wholistic therapy and has achieved lasting, positive results for many clients.

Hiroko has an International Diploma of Sports massage and combines Oriental and Western body massage techniques to suit the individual client needs. Hiroko has worked as a Thai and Shiatsu massage therapist for more than 10 years. Hiroko specialises in Remedial & Deep tissue. Hiroko is also an experienced beauty therapist. She practices Japanese foot massage & Hot Stone massage.
Hiroko is available daytime Fridays and Saturdays.
Margaret Elliot
Diploma Remedial Massage,Cert IV Aromatherapy. Margaret practices Remedial massage, Sports, relaxation & pregnancy massage. Margaret has a certificate of Aromatherapy and likes to incorporate individually chosen essential oils to assist wellbeing in her massage treatments. Margaret is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Health. Appoitments are available with Margaret on Saturdays.

Hot Stone Massage
The ultimate in deep relaxation. The smooth contours of the stones are used to massage the body, whilst emanating heat which deeply penetrates the muscles and calms the mind. sardonyx gemstones are also incorporated into this treatment to aid in detoxification of the body. A treatment to be cherished and absorbed.
Hypnotherapy
A helpful way to relieve anxiety, give up bad habits or motivate confidence and relieve stress. The conscious mind is relaxed using breathing and concentration techniques. Positive instruction is absorbed into the subconscious mind bringing about positive changes and renewed confidence. This is an extemely pleasant experience and well suited to stressed and anxious Uni and HSC Students. Celestine's Hypnotherapy sessions give the client a way to target and control anxiety with learned methods to use at any time.
Aromatherapy
A complete consultation is done to prescribe the essential oils that would be best suited to your needs at the time of treatment. This gentle healing technique includes lymphatic drainage, acupressure points and energy balancing, which helps to relax the nervous system.
