A brief insight into my Heart felt sojourn through life......
I have a nursing background, which began a life time fascination with health and the emotional connection to healing and recovery. I then began a miriad of training in alternative modalities, of which I experienced fully, and applied to my own life, prior to training in. My intention was to share the deep insights with others that I had personally gained, in the process. Instead of giving a detailed explanation into each and every technique and its benefits, I found that over the years a blending and integration of them all had occurred. So when I treat someone, we may decide on a particular method, such as Reiki or Remedial Massage, but the treatment itself unfolds revealing the underlying causes and they in turn can be addressed.
Be it a body patterning or an emotive component, or a thought blue print, all is touched to the degree required at the time. We are a whole entity, and if the presenting symptoms are physical, mental emotional or spiritual, they are simply the door through which to enter, and the magic begins.

I am qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist specialising in : Dry Needling, Myofacial cupping,Deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, aromatherapy, hot stone, relaxation, reflexology, and have a provider number for private health rebates.
I also use subtle techniques such as Holistic Pulsing and Reiki, incorporating the body mind connection and phsychosomatic responses that free up the physical body by connecting the emotional and mental aspects contained in the cells.
My approach is gentler than most yet effective on a deeper lasting level. I incorporate vibrational remedies to assist the change processes that are required, and offer skills in counselling when appropriate.
My work space is warm and relaxing offering a peaceful place to rest a while and allow whatever needs to be addressed to have its say.
