"Dear Andrew and Michelle Thank you again for such an amazing time at the gumtree retreat. When I arrived and being in the state that I was in, I was not sure that I had come to the right place. I was feeling very unsure about most things and dwelling on all the thoughts that crossed my mind. Not a healthy or happy place to be.. I missed the first day because I was feeling so ill and it was not until meeting you at the retreat that I realised I was definitely in the right place.. I felt relaxed, safe and warm. The first two days did not really feel like it was working and it was causing me a grate deal of stress, which comes out in headaches for me. "Dear Andrew and Michelle Thank you again for such an amazing time at the gumtree retreat. When I arrived and being in the state that I was in, I was not sure that I had come to the right place. I was feeling very unsure about most things and dwelling on all the thoughts that crossed my mind. Not a healthy or happy place to be.. I missed the first day because I was feeling so ill and it was not until meeting you at the retreat that I realised I was definitely in the right place.. I felt relaxed, safe and warm. I needed to feel this way in order to let go and grow through the experience of the week. I had really high expectations of the colonic treatments. The first two days did not really feel like it was working and it was causing me a grate deal of stress, which comes out in headaches for me. After a few significant things that happened on the second day I learnt that I just needed to Let Go! The third day was a big turning point for me, I felt like I had a big answer to a lot of my questions.
All the treatments were amazing, each day brought a new feeling and thoughts. It all started to come together, the treatments and the understanding of health in body and mind. Having access to your wonderful collection of Books, Cd's and DVD's was great. The information I learnt from you both, the treatments, Cd's and DVD's was invaluable. I am pleased to inform you I have found an easy way to drink the Oil, (mix the oil and greens together, then add two spoons of plain yogurt mix again then top up with water. HOLD the nose and drink!) which I do every day, and have done since I left the retreat. My week there has truly changed my life, so for that I am forever grateful.
