After studying counselling, psychology and Massage, Kelley Storum founded the “Hand Heart Soul Healing and Massage Centre” (Affectionately called The Soul Centre) in February 2010.

Kelley decided to combine all her life experience and become what she now describes herself as:

Mother, lover, massager, healer, coach, facilitator, deep thinker, soul searcher and passionate creator of ideas, possibilities and bliss.

Kelley is following her life’s purpose. To touch, move, heal and inspire - To train and enable people to have the life they truly desire. Kelley’s massage and bodywork, encompasses “Traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi “an ancient Hawaiian energetic healing massage and an energetic, intuitive chakra balancing and healing massage.

Traditional "Old Style" Lomi Lomi Massage

This is a method and system of massage which has its roots in a tradition which is hundreds of years old. This method is much more than a bodywork therapy, it’s also a philosophy that transforms you in ways that go far beyond the body and mind.

“Old Style” combines an almost endless technique, with “the laying on of hands”, both in passive mode and active massage of Lomi Lomi. Always with the open hand, rhythm is paramount, the strokes are continuous, rhythmic, and ultimately hypnotic, which acts to bring your mind to a place of absolute stillness. This “sanctuary” of the quiet mind is where true healing manifests. This state of “stillness” is experienced during treatment by both you and your therapist. The goal is to enable the practitioner to work from an understanding, that he or she is merely an instrument, through which life force or Mana is allowed to flow into you the recipient. With the “Old Style” the emphasis is that one is simply a “vessel” or a “flute”, through which the healing Light of the Divine flows. This is a sacred teaching, rooted in tradition, inspired by the Light of Source. This is the way of the heart.

Intuitive Healing Massage

---

An Intuitive Healing Massage with Kelley initially consists of a full body massage, introducing you to the 7 energy centres, known as chakras, in your body. Kelley will explain a little history about Tantra from Ancient times. During the massage Kelley will focus on awakening each chakra with nurturing strokes, asking certain questions or making statements relating to the emotional and physical aspects of each chakra.

This is a wonderful opportunity to heal old emotional wounds, sometimes it can be thought provoking and sometimes emotional. Are you holding onto thoughts, feelings, ideas or beliefs that are holding you back? Releasing these beliefs and watching old hurts fade away, can be very powerful.

Moving up the spinal column activating and releasing blockages in the chakras with firm flowing strokes, nurturing and holding a space of love and safety, Kelley will explain to you the colour, shape, emotional and physical relationship to the chakras and in longer or later sessions or workshops you will practise breathing exercises and movements related to each Chakra. You may choose to do this alone with me or as a couple or in a group situation.

We want everyone who needs our service to be able to receive it, regardless of your financial situation. We offer a scholarship programme awarded every month or so, by application.
