Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a very gentle, yet powerful, form of healing. Although it is a deeply spiritual experience, Reiki is not affiliated with any religion, and I do not require you to follow any set of beliefs in order to benefit from a healing.
Reiki has been proven to assist people in treating many illnesses/imbalances including:- Aches, Pains & Inflammation
- Depression
- Anxiety and Phobias
- Fatigue/Low energy
- Recovery from serious/traumatic illness

Many illnesses/imbalances are not felt simply on the physical level, but have much deeper roots.
What should I expect from a Reiki session with Harmonic Balancing?
What is felt during a session varies individually, as Chakra Balancing works by releasing your stagnation and pent-up emotions, as well as allowing connection with your own wisdom and understanding.
People have reported feeling a warm, tingling sensation throughout their body. Crying and laughing are also common during a session, however it's best to go into a session without expectations - let your mind and body do what they need to in order to help you regain balance.
After a Reiki Healing you will feel relaxed, invigorated, revitalised and refreshed.
Sound Therapy
What is Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy works on 2 fundamental levels - Tone and Vibration/Frequency.
Through using instrument attuned to the tones associated with each chakra, we calibrate our body into healthy functioning, by creating healthy chakras.
Vibrational Frequency resonates through the body of the client when an attuned instrument is played, and breaks up stagnation caused by stress, pain, experiences and emotions.
As well as being incredibly relaxing, and bringing wellbeing to your body, mind and spirit - you will also get to enjoy your own personal live concert in your home with your body becoming a part of the instrument!
Why should I have Sound Therapy with Harmonic Balancing?
Pain and stress on the emotional and physical levels interrupt the flow of energy in our bodies, and muffle the resonance of frequency.
By using attuned instruments, the practitioner is then able to determine where blocks and imbalances lie within the human body, and release them.
The practitioner will use sound to release blocks within the energy centres, thus allowing energy to flow at the optimal pace, and restore balance to the body and mind.
After a sound healing you will feel relaxed, rejuventated and refreshed.
