Life Coaching
Are you satisfied with where your life is at right now?

Do you have the feeling that you are meant to be doing more with your life, but are not sure what?
Everyone has their own inner spark, their own gifts that are unique to them, however most people go through life not recognising what they are or they deny these unique gifts and tell themselves they are not good enough or not worthy enough to have the life they want and deserve.

With life coaching, you can discover your potential and learn how to utilise your own authentic success strategies to create your life how you want it to be.

Why wait? You never know how many heartbeats you have left. Make each one count!

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching looks at where you are at in your life right now and where you are going in the future. The choices we make today will determine the quality of our future. We are not taught life skills and how to give our own self esteem or how to make quality decisions is a heartbeat or even how to discern what is real and what is not real. It's easy to get lost in mediocrity and in day to day living without any hope for the future.

As a result of this there are people who don't even know what they want in their life. There are even people who give up on the things they want, sometimes even before they have started often because they feel like they are no good enough to make it happen.

If you were given the opportunity to create your life how you want it, would you take it? If you know that you could choose what your life will be like, would you choose to learn life skills to support you in creating an amazing life Everyone is capable of achieving success, how much longer will you choose to live anything other than your Ideal Life?

Acupuncture
Two different styles of Acupuncture are offered at Head 2 Toe Osteopathy - Japanese and Chinese.

The use of either style depends on the condition and the preference of the patient. The main difference that most patients immediately recognise is the very Superficial needling methods of the Japanese Style. This is almost painless compared to some needle techniques used in the TCM (Chinese) style, which can be somewhat 'Achey' or 'Throbby'

Acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine filiform needles into points along the surface of the body, which form ‘energy lines’ known as meridians. These needles act to stimulate the movement of the bodys’ Qi (energy) and Blood to restore balance throughout the meridian & organ systems. It is by this process that Muscular & Organ based problems can be treated through needling specific points on the skin, which often aren’t in the diseased or painful area.

The aim and style of treatment used at Head 2 Toe Osteopathy concentrates on treating the underlying problems or imbalances in the body that can cause the main complaint to occur. These underlying problems or imbalances are usually preventing the natural healing processes of the body as well. After this is addressed, we also treat the problem area directly to releive pain or discomfort - we don't just patch up the problem and have the patient come back week after week if it's not a necessity in treating the underlying imbalances.

Acupuncture has been used extensively in the East for at least 2000 years to successfully treat a wide range of evolving diseases, even to the point that many Hospitals in China consist of an Acupuncture Ward, where patients are treated with both Traditional & Modern Medicines. TCM methods, which is the main style used in Western Countries today, & Japanese Acupuncture techniques treats a wide range of conditions from Musculo-Skeletal disorders to Organ based pathologies. Below is a list of common problems which TCM & Japanese methods can assist in maintaining or rectify depending on the condition & its duration:
Digestive Disorders – Bloating, Reflux, Diarrhoea, Constipation etc

Respiratory Disorders – Cough, Colds & Flus, Asthma, Sinusitis,

Cardiothoracic Disorders – Palpitations, Angina Maintenance,

    Urogenital Disorders – Incontinence, etc

Musculo-Skeletal Disorders – Sporting Injuries, Workplace Injuries, Arthritis, Myalgia

Neurological Disorders – Post Stroke Recovery, Bi-Polar

Emotional & Psychological Disorders – Depression, Grief, Anxiety etc

Fertility & Menstrual Problems – Missed Periods, Painful Periods, Infertility, PMT

Skin Diseases – Psoriasis, Acne, Eczema, Rashes
Many more conditions aren’t listed – if you have a condition that isn’t listed, please give us a call or send us an email and we’ll be able to advise if we’re able to help

Chinese Herbs
Chinese Herbal Medicine shares the same theory basis as TCM Acupuncture & works internally to stimulate the functions of different organs to rebalance Qi & Blood, Yin & Yang in the body, thereby leading to a healthy state for the body to effectively heal itself. Herbs are applicable to almost every condition thinkable in the body from speeding recovery of Muscular injuries to the Common Cold. The conditions treated with Herbal combinations are the same as those treated with Acupuncture - both work in synergy to enhance the effects of the treatment and speed recovery time to full health.

We use Pill and Powdered Pill combinations at Head 2 Toe Osteopathy for easy compliance and reduced fuss.
