Healing
Reconnective and spiritual healing from the heart.
In 1994 I had an amazing spiritual awakening and a sudden realization that I was a healer. I trained in many different modalities until I realised that I did not need training, I simply needed to let go and work with my spirit guides. Ever since then I have done healings as my guides and my intuition told me too. More recently I have been doing Reconnective healing which find brings energy, light and information to the healings with amazing results.
When you have a dis-ease (a lack of ease) it is because something is blocking you from your natural healthy state.
For the client Healing is about finding and letting go of the blockage and allowing your own natural healing powers to flow. You know innately what needs to be done for your healing.
My role is to help you to find what is blocking your health and to add some energy, light and information so the healing can take place easier and happens faster.
I work with both your guides and my own guides. They tell me what to do and I will talk to you as the healing takes place so you know what is happening. The guides will frequently pass on messages for you. Each healing is totally different and totally about you.
Life Coaching
My background as a Reliability Engineer led many years ago to a realisation that virtually all engineering problems are in fact people problems. I set out to find solutions to those “problems” and found myself coaching people to be the best they can be.
I realised that we limit ourselves in what we think we can do when in reality there is little or no limit to our abilities. When I started to remove my own limits I found I had a natural ability to help people to heal from both physical and emotional problems. The secret is in the way we use our mind and how we let our energy flow.
I call my business Heal and Inspire as that is what I want you to achieve, to heal the past and have an inspiring future in all areas of your life. I take a holistic approach and cover all areas of your life, health, relationships, emotions financial, spiritual and your business or career. They are all important and are all interlinked to make you who you are.
I have a wonderful empathy for people and I am passionate about helping people to grow in all areas of their life.
