We have been established in the Randwick and Clovelly area for over 18 years.
Our main focus is you; if you are suffering with anxiety or depression, digestive disorders, insomnia, back or neck pain or simply need a place to have a relaxing massage, there is a therapist to meet your needs.

NATUROPATHY
Susan Widdup has over 15 years experience in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. During your first consultation with Susan,
she will discuss your health concerns with you and together you will both decide on a course of action. Some common
conditions she treats include Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Skin Conditions; including eczema, acne and psoriasis, Hormonal Imbalance or even Anxiety and Depression. Within the consultation a thorough case history will be taken, where Susan will ask you to provide details of your diet and lifestyle. Iridology (examination of the iris) is a helpful tool that allows Susan to gain a deeper knowledge of the cause of your symptoms.
Together, you will both decide whether herbal remedies, homeopathy, vitamins or flower remedies will best suit your needs.
.How Can Herbal Medicine Help You?
Herbal Medicine is the term used to refer to any plant valued for its medicinal, savory or aromatic qualities.
Herbs can be used in a dried form to make a tea such as chamomile or peppermint to help soothe an upset stomach, or as a decoction to be used in a skin preparation such as calendula, aloe vera or lavender to relieve certain skin conditions.
Herbs can also be taken orally in liquid or tablet form to treat many forms of illness.
.Nutrition and Dietary Consultations
During our lifetime some of us may experience allergies or even intolerances to some foods or food groups. From this we may
develop skin disorders, digestive disorders, sinus or respiratory conditions or even a symptom such as feeling hot or flushed.
This can sometimes be attributed to even a preservative or colour additive.
If you would like some advice on weight control or even managing a cholesterol condition we will be happy to assist you with
dietary advice or vitamin and mineral therapy.
If a condition is not easily diagnosed we will discuss with you the possibility of allergy or blood tests.
MASSAGE
Healing Hands and Herbs have 3 massage therapists trained in various types of massage.
.Remedial/Deep tissue:
A deep tissue massage that uses techniques that help restore soft tissue and improve joint and skeletal alignment.
This type of massage is good for headaches, chronic pain and tension from everyday living.
.Myofascial Release/Sports Massage/Trigger Point Therapy:
Another deep tissue therapy particulary aimed at the sports person who may be experiencing pain from recurring injury, scar
tissue, or even someone with a demanding physical job. Regular massage can alleviate long term chronic pain.
Trigger point therapy involves using pressure points to relieve very tight muscles.
.Pregnancy Massage:
Some women may experience fluid retention, backache, or simply feel like a relaxing massage either pre or post natal.
We are within approximately 3-4 kilometres of the Royal Womens Hospital.
.Relaxation Massage:
A massage designed to promote a feeling of calm and deep relaxation. During the consultation the practitioner will discuss
which aromatherapy oils will be best suited to your needs.
This is a full body massage and will include the face and scalp if desired.

1 hr Naturopathic consultation $75 30 min $55 Kiama
Herbal medicines, vitamins, bach flower remedies and dispensary items are availiable at an additional cost.
MASSAGE FEES:
30 minute massage $50
60 minute massage $85
90 minute massage $120
Rebates can be claimed with most private health funds.
