Following a successful career in Sales and Marketing I moved to the Central Coast where I established the HEALING HAVEN in Terrigal and have since relocated to the popular seaside tourist destination of THE ENTRANCE.

NATUROPATHY-addresses health problems, metabolic disorders and imbalances through treatment of the whole person.
A consultation looks at the ‘whole person’ and the relationship of nutrition, life style, exercise or the lack of it, work and/or family stress, attitudes, past illnesses and heredity factors on the presenting condition.
Causative factors are assessed and an appropriate treatment plan is suggested. This may include dietary changes, nutritional supplementation, flower essences, herbal medicine or an exercise program. Emotional rebuilding, relaxation techniques, massage or Bowen therapy may also be offered to create inner harmony.
MEDICAL HERBALISM-uses herbal remedies to tonify and support the body’s systems and functions in times of dysfunction and disease.
IRIDOLOGY-used as part of a Naturopathic consultation, Iris diagnosis can highlight inherient weaknesses in the body, enabling lifestyle adjustments to prevent or minimise potential illness.
CLINICAL NUTRITION-uses supplements and diet changes to bring the body back to nutritional balance.

BOWEN TECHNIQUE-is a series of gentle moves that are manually applied over specific muscles, tendons, nerves and ligaments that balance the body and initiate healing.
What is Bowen Therapy?
A Bowen treatment involves a series of small moves over specific points on the body. These points correspond in many cases to acupuncture points and the trigger points of modern massage. It is a very subtle and gentle technique performed on the muscles, joints or soft tissues. Each treatment is designed for that person so a particular series of moves are carried out.
